Crime File System is a system used to report crimes. This project will be done using VB 6.0 as a front-end and MS Access as a back-end. It can be used to report the crime. This project is mainly useful for police stations. This system will help manage all activities in a police station using computers. Currently all works are done manually, by computerizing all activities within a police station can be managed easily and effectively.
The software to be produced is in "Criminal File Management System". The principal authority is given to the administrator. It provides a unique user name and password for each employee through which the user can log in and perform the activities given by the Administrator. As soon as a new employee joins the company, the Administrator has the right to add the details of their employee including name, date of birth, basic salary, etc. The administrator assigns tasks to each employee. The payroll module is shown below. The system automatically generates salary for each employee depending on their work days, including their work status, adding their basic salary for the overtime work they have done. Following is the main module of the system which is the crime module. In this information all delinquency will be stored in the database. The details of the first complaint will be added to the system, and then the complaint of the employees of the verification station is related to the crime or law and order. If it is a crime, go to the crime register. As soon as this task is completed the FIR charge sheet will be presented to the court.
