its a vehicle which run using power from solar panel and control it through sms [mobile] via micro controller
parts required :
micro controller
gsm device to accept sms
relay circuit,
dc motor.

1. Firstly you make a mechanical model all with your working parts, dont forget to leave enough space for circuit and solar panel

2. Depending on the movements and control, design the circuit.

3. Make the java based software application to control your model. or do it in vb (instead you can use Bluetooth to control device)
