SMS Based Industrial Automation Using ARM Controller
Introduction

 Automation plays an increasingly important role in the global economy and in daily experience.
 In this day and age of computers, industrial automation is becoming increasingly important in the manufacturing process because computerized or robotic machines are capable of handling repetitive tasks quickly and efficiently.

Why we used ARM controller?

AT COMMANDS
The "AT" or "at" prefix must be set at the beginning of each command line. When we enter AT and send that command to GSM modem it will give an acknowledgment by sending OK command

CONCLUSION

We can prevent the using of unauthorization person
Wireless router and hub can be used to enable the connectivity of the Hardware

ABSTRACT
The embedded based industrial automation uses the microcontroller ATMEL series 89C51 microcontroller.
The transmitting cell phone the receiving cell phone the signal cable from receiving cell phone to the signal converter the temperature sensing circuit the pressure sensing circuit and ,the motor parameter sensing circuit the motor driving circuit the pneumatic sensing circuit and the temperature driving circuit.
The temperature sensing circuit uses the temperature sensor metal thermistor and the signal conversion circuit and is interfaced with the port1 line of the microcontroller.
The pressure sensing circuit uses the pressure sensor and the signal conversion circuit which is interfaced with the port1 line of the microcontroller.
The motor parameter sensing circuit uses the voltage current and power sensing circuits which is connected to the signal converter circuit which is interfaced in the port3 line of the microcontroller.
The transmitting cell phone sends SMS messages to the receiving cell phone and the receiving cell phone sends the serial data through the serial data pins of the microcontroller.
WORKING
The embedded based industrial automation is used in industries to make the industrial parameters such as temperature, pressure and the speed control of the D.C motors can be automated using the cell phone.
The embedded based industrial automation uses the microcontroller ATMEL series 89C51 microcontroller the transmitting cell phone the receiving cell phone the signal cable from receiving cell phone to the signal converter the temperature sensing circuit.
The receiving cell phone data cable is connected to the microcontroller through the digital converter.
The D.C motor speed control is achieved through the PWM method and the speed range is varied by sending the message to the receiving cell phone.
The temperature sensing circuit uses the temperature sensor metal thermistor and the signal conversion circuit and is interfaced with the port1 line of the microcontroller.
