Objectives and objectives
The objectives and objects of the Association are:

• Work intensively for the development and expansion of existing Small Scale Industries in Orissa.
• Work hard for the start of new Small Scale Industries in the District
• To suggest all measures that may be necessary for the adoption of legislation in the State to assist, promote small industries in the State of Orissa and to adopt legislative and other measures affecting small industries to the Small Industries Association of Orissa.
• Cooperate intensively with the Government of Orissa and India to achieve or even exceed targets from time to time in the development of Small Scale Industries, particularly in the District.
• Work as a Liaison Organization between members on one side and the Government of Orissa and the Association of Small Scale Industries of Orissa.
• Assist in obtaining the various types of assistance, including technical and financial assistance offered by the State and Union Governments for the development of Small Scale Industries.
• Obtain representation from the Association in all states (Orissa), Regional (East) and All India Board related to the Small Scale Industries to promote the cause of small state industry development in the State.
• To function as an affiliated body to the States. Central of the State of Orissa and obtain all the guidance and cooperation necessary for the successful implementation of its objectives set out in the Constitution.
• Take, consider, formulate and give effect to views on issues raised before the conference and the Small Industries Committees as otherwise provided in this Constitution.
• Organize the establishment of Museums, Exhibitions, Industrial and Commercial Fairs and take all related actions.
• Get in touch with the appropriate organization, obtain estimates, designs, etc. to initiate, develop and expand Small Industries and supply them to interested members in the Industries in payment of the charges that the Executive Committee may decide from time to time.
• Help increase production in the Small Industries section in Orissa, particularly in the District.
• Organizing and acquiring raw materials required for distribution to members and group of members on such terms and conditions as the Committee may decide from time to time.
• Protect the interest of Small Industries against any monopoly combination of suppliers of raw materials detrimental to the interest of the Small Scale Industry in the State.
• Make use of the services of experts and have expert advice on small scale industry in the State.
• Establish or assist any scientific, technical and research institute for the promotion of small-scale industries.
• Appeal to the services of Lawyers, Counselors, Lawyers, Engineers, Accountants of other experts on any matter of interest to the Association, part-time or other, on remuneration or otherwise.
• Help Small Industrialists secure facilities for transportation by sea, rail, road or air for movement or raw materials and finished products where necessary.
• Help secure markets for the disposal of finished products.
• Helping to diminish products and secure orders for Small Scale Industries and set prices and divide businesses between and for the benefit of Small Industries in the State.
• Collect and disseminate statistics and other information related to trade, commerce and industries.
• Encourage, assist and expand knowledge and information related to Indian trade, commerce and industry through lectures, discussion, correspondence, holding conferences, library training, publication of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, Books and maps or by foundation and endowment of faculty, scholarships or scholarships or encouraging research work or otherwise.
• To conciliate or collaborate in the conciliation of labor conflicts in the member factories through discussion, consultations, directly or through the Conciliation Officers, Courts or Labor Courts, sharing with them on behalf of the members alone or jointly.
• Ensure, whenever possible, actions organized and / or concerted in all matters involving the interests of a group of Small Industries, including "regulating the conditions of employment of Industrial Work" in various Industries represented by the Association.
• Carry out welfare work for the workers of the Member Industries and establish or assist in the establishment of funds to benefit the employees of the Association or the dependents or such persons and to subscribe, donate or guarantee money for purposes of charity and benevolence At the discretion of the Association.
• To arbitrate in the settlement of disputes arising from any transaction between the parties that wish or agree to submit to arbitration by the Association.
• Initiate and support legal action on their behalf or on behalf of the members jointly or severally in all courts of law of the Republic of India, either with the authorization of the members or on their own initiative, on all Matters that affect the members of the Association. Group of them or any branch of the Industry not represented directly by the Association.
• Do everything that is necessary for the fulfillment of the aims and objects of the Association.
• Maintain libraries for the benefit of the members of the Association.
