Employee welfare is a comprehensive term including various services, benefits, facilities offered to employees to employer.
APPLICATION OF EMPLOYEE WELFARE IN “SITARA CHEMICAL INDUSTRY”
INTRODUCTION
Sitara Chemical Industry provides welfare facilities to their employees to keep their motivation levels high.
The logic behind providing welfare schemes in Sitara Chemical Industry is to create efficient, healthy, loyal and satisfied labor force for the organization.
