About 82.5% of the employees strongly agrees and 56.5% feels normal towards the work life balance and stress and work pace while few people has some work pace stress problem which can be removed by providing the necessary training to optimize their time fro maintain pace of work and increase the awareness of work life balance. This might result in decreased stress among employees and improve productivity.

From the above graph we can understand that almost total 92.5% of the employee have a clear understanding about company mission, vision and core values. To improve overall efficiency base of the company continue to provide assistance to those employees who find it difficult to understand the page link between their performance and the realization of the company objectives.

From the above graph it can be analyzed that majority that is 82% of the employees feels that they have respect towards employees which shows that there is good level of interpersonal relationship between the employees of the organization. And the few people which disagree on this context .

From the above graph we can say that almost 87.5% of the employee have a respect for management this shows the existence of congenial relation between the human resource and the management. Further to increase this level to more higher level improvise existing approaches to redress the grievances and communication level between management and employees.

From the above graph we can infer that almost 90% of the employees think that there no bias treatment of the employees in the organization only few has a negative feedback and don’t regarding this. The management can here by try to make the proceedings more transparent to reduce the speculations in the employees about the transparency of the events occurring.

From the above graph we can say that more than 94 % employees feels that there is a proper communication and coordination between the employees and employees/management. This shows proper formal and informal communication within the organization across various levels. The management shall continue to maintain this level.

From the above graph we can infer that almost 94.5% of the employees feel that there are conditions which nurtures teamwork in the organization. This shows there is improved quality of work life in the organization and fro the rest of the people who disagrees shall be provided training and counseling regarding the improvement of teamwork and benefits related to it.

From the above graph we can infer that 92.5% of the employees feel that their organization is focused towards quality and is customer oriented. This shows that the employee believes in what organization follows which is clear indication to the organizational commitment shown by the employees.

From the above graph we can infer that 89.5% of the employees believes that there is proper career development system established in the organization which provides a significant growth in the individual both at professionally and in career development. The company can provide training or counseling for the people who is not aware about this system to make them aware about the future growth with the organization.

From the above graph we can infer that 90% of the employees strongly believes that the company has a very good infrastructure and campus facilities. This signifies that the company has succeed in creating a adaptable quality of work life which has made the employees feel fun while working at big bazaar.

From the above graph half of the employees 53.5% feel satisfied and agree with the compensation been paid by the organization and rest half around 43.5% of the employees are not seemed to be satisfied with the compensation and need to educated about the page link between their performance and the compensation that is offered in the organization.

From the above graph we can infer that 91% of the employees feel they have freedom for personnel expression and is supported by the culture prevailing in Big Bazaar. This turn helps in the organizational growth.
