latest technology and development on Process Control Instrument (Mechanical Pressure
Gauges) to implement in our Product Ranges.

ISO certified body (TUV-NORD), system certified for ISO – 9001
Total Factory Area is 15000 Sq. mts. We have all in-house machining facilities like
welding, machining, drilling, tapping, shaping, turning, finishing, buffing etc. A national
level testing and calibration facilities are available. The testing lab having all calibration
and testing equipments imported from Germany.
Product ranges are Bourdon operated pressure gauges, chemical seal diaphragm pressure
gauges, schaffers diaphragm pressure gauges, low pressure capsule gauges, differential
pressure gauges, glycerin filled gauges, electrical contact type gauges, Mercury, Bi-
Metallic & Gas filled temperature gauges, Thermocouples and Resistance Temperature
Detector elements.
Pressure – Differential pressure – Switches and all types of accessories like 2 way / 3 way
valves, pulsation dampeners, U type, Pig Tail, Syphons of all types of materials of
constructions.
A unit having all in-house facilities to manufacture quality product right from raw
material input to finish product output. Customers’ friendly “MASS” brand products

PRINCIPLE OF PROJECT
The main motive of the project is to automate the current chemical seal
filling STATION with the help of micro-controller, sensors and solenoid valves.
MICRO CONTROLLER
It is used to sense the vacuum in the system using pressure transducers and check for any
leakage in the Chemical Seals during previous processes, than the controller signals to
fills these seals with the chemical, and upon completion of the process it locks all valves
for dismount of the instrument.
SENSOR
High accuracy pressure transducers made from thin film technology are used to sense the
level of vacuum achieved in the seals to free it from dust and moist for the process.
SOLENOID VALVES
This is one of the most important components in the process, as it directly controls the
vacuum line and the chemical line and switches between the two as per the need to fill
the seals.
