This is mechatronis project
Make a circular scrolling through a rotating arm with 8 stacked LEDs which are controlled by the controller. The rotating arm is driven by a DC motor. A starting point is detected by an infrared LED and receiver. The text on the ticker should be made through the serial port can be read.
