HI GSM Green House Monitoring System (Model: WT-9001 IP65)




Appropriate environmental conditions are necessary for optimum plant growth, improved crop yields, and efficient use of water and other resources. Automating the data acquisition process of the soil conditions and various climatic parameters that govern plant growth allows information to be collected with WT-9001 with less labor requirements. The WT-9001 GSM Greenhouse monitoring systems employ PC or SMS-based systems for keeping the user continuously informed of the conditions inside the greenhouse

The WT-9001 GSM Greenhouse monitoring systems design a simple, easy to install, microcontroller-based circuit to monitor and record the values of temperature, humidity, soil moisture and sunlight of the natural environment that are continuously modified and controlled in order optimize them to achieve maximum plant growth and yield.

It communicates with the various sensor modules in real-time in order to control the light, aeration and drainage process efficiently inside a greenhouse by actuating a cooler, fogger, dripper and lights respectively according to the necessary condition of the crops. An integrated Liquid crystal display (LCD) is also used for real time display of data acquired from the various sensors and the status of the various devices. Also, the use of easily available components reduces the manufacturing and maintenance costs. The design is quite flexible as the software can be changed any time. It can thus be tailor-made to the specific requirements of the user.

This makes the proposed system to be an economical, portable and a low maintenance solution for greenhouse applications, especially in rural areas and for small scale agriculturists.



With GSM Green House Application System, you can have the solution of;

WT-9001 Controller Unit
The WT-9001 is the heart of the system in greenhouse environment. It constantly monitors the digitized parameters of the various sensors, verifies them and checks if any corrective action is to be taken for the condition at that instant of time. In case such situation arises, it activates the devices such as motors, coolers, pumps, sprayers, lights etc.







Sensor Equipments
Monitoring and controlling of a greenhouse environment involves sensing the changes occurring inside it which can influence the rate of growth in plants. The important parameters are the temperature inside the greenhouse which affects the photosynthetic and transpiration process are humidity, moisture content in the soil, the illumination etc. The sensors used in this system are:
1. Soil Moisture Sensor
2. Light Sensor
3. Humidity Sensor
4. Temperature Sensor

Soil Moisture Sensor
The two copper leads act as the sensor probes. They are immersed into the specimen soil whose moisture content is under test. The conductivity of soil depends upon the amount of moisture present in it. It increases with increase in the water content of the soil that forms a conductive path between two sensor probes leading to a close path to allow current flowing through and will trigger an alarm and stop the pumps from continuously watering the plants






Water Pumps
It is better to fence the area around the fuel tanks. Consider locating the tanks close to an outbuilding in which tools and other valuable equipment are stored, and then erecting a security fence around the entire area. With magnetic door detector attached to the gates, intruder alarm can be easily transmitted to your phone if anybody illegal enter into the areas







Light Sensor
AThe light sensor is extremely sensitive in visible light range. With the light sensor attached to the system will trigger the artificial lights automatically, when the surrounding natural lights are low.







Artificial Growing Lights
Growing lights enable cultivators to extend daylight hours – useful for winter and spring growing when levels of natural lights are low, and therefore can improve plants growth. These lights will be turned on when there is no presence of lights









Humidity Sensor
Humidity sensor is used for sensing the vapors in the air. The change in RH (Relative Humidity) of the surroundings would trigger the WT-9001 Controller to activate the sprayers

Temperature Sensor
It is an integrated circuit sensor that can be used to measure the temperature in the greenhouse. If the temperature may rises, it would triggers the cooling devices




Sprayers
Sprayer produce tiny water droplets that evaporates, thereby cooling and humidifying the greenhouse air. A misting system can provide needed moisture to maintain a healthy humidity level of 50 to 70%.















Cooling Equipment
Vents system are hinged or track connected panels on the roof or sides of the greenhouses. They open up the greenhouse to outside natural air. Hot air that traps in the greenhouse can escape and allows the fresh air to enter the house. The WT-9001 Controller can be used to automate the opening and closing of these vents. During the hot summer day, the bright sun may cause the temperature inside greenhouse to an extreme heat. A cooler can be used to cool down the environment in the greenhouse
