Hi,
It is showing from my account statement that the below cheque ( 413519 and 413522 ) have debited from my account on 19/02/2014. However 121 customer care had confirmed me that only cheque 413522 of amount Rs 2590 has credited to Airtel and due this they have disconnected my connection. I have contacted airtel agent(Mr Tanoy) and the concern person Mr(Rajiv) for validating this. They had confirmed me that they have sorted out this issue and requested to resume the connection. The connection was restored however again Airtel authority has disconnected the connection. This has happen 4th times and I am really frustrated with the dealing of Airtel authority. If this issue is not sorted out within 1 day then I will go to consumer court why airtel is doing this even after the full amount paid in advance for next 6 months.
