Radiofrequency and GSM technologies and making use of existing technologies we can design a device that is able to identify the arrival of the messenger and send it to the person who needs to receive the mail and also send a thank you to the messaging office so that they do not require The signature of the particular person for whom the courier is intended. The basic idea of the system is to use an RFID tag for the messenger and send the identity number to the mobile receivers. The messenger receiver will have a mailbox that opens and closes automatically with the Geared DC engine, which has an RF reader and a dedicated GSM modem on it. As soon as the courier sends the letter to the letter box, the RF reader reads the identity number of the tag and informs the microcontroller and compares it with the identity number sent by the courier office and if both are Same, then send message to the receiver and also to the messenger office on the arrival of the messenger. To design the entire system we need a microcontroller that acts as a means of communication between the RF reader and the GSM modem. The main advantage of this system is that the presence of the GSM modem allows the device to communicate with the receiver no matter where it has been in the world (GSM availability).
