Post Office Management System is a software application developed with database Visual Basic 6.0 and MS Access. The implementation of this system in the postal department improves the work process and manages the work more effectively. It facilitates the handling of the details of the mails, the details of the money orders, the sales and the invoices, the details of the subscribers and much more.

Characteristics:

 Management can add or update transaction details for account SB, RD, TD, SSA. The system automatically calculates interest rates.

 The customer can view the details of his account and transaction through Internet, entering the login ID and the password. The customer can view the updated balance of the online service at any time.

 The administration of the post office can add details of payment of payment of electricity bills, payment of telephone bills, money order, etc.

 The customer can track the delivered and pending status of the registration card and speed mail by entering the tracking ID.

 The client can see the details of the insurance plan, amount paid and expiration date. They can even download the receipt for the last transaction.
