The purpose of this SRS is to describe the design of an Electronic Voting system. The EVoting system is a concept that many companies have tried to develop and deploy to the public and private sector. However, these systems have lacked areas such as security, anonymity and audibility. Our goal is to develop a system that satisfies these standards.
Online voting has been used in many countries with the development of e-government technologies in recent years. Generally in these countries electronic voting is overseen by the presence of independent electoral authorities. Specific electronic voting machines are used at polling stations for the voting operation. The main users of the National System of Online Elections are the Voters, Candidates for the Election, the Electoral Commission Authority and the Supervisors of the Electoral Stations. Its properties are described throughout the document.
