Fantasy Foods is a hotel industry put up in Madurai. The management was not able to maintain the records (purchase & sales) properly because it has four branches in and around Madurai and it was maintaining manually.

PROPOSED SYSTEM:
The project name itself implies the project done to simplify the transaction. It is online Billing Software. This software helps the management to view the exact sales and purchase entries going on in all branches at a time. The management can make a daily report on sales and purchase sitting in one place. The project report gives the brief description about the facilities and flexibilities of billing in the Hotel Industry.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:
This online Billing Software mainly deals about the billing transactions which are exclusively for Fantasy Foods.
This software has three main modules like

Billing:
Since, this software is developed for a Hotel; the Main Billing is Gives for an individual for purchasing food item that id for sale. In this Billing Module has various entry types such as
¢ Table Bill
¢ Payment Slip
¢ Cr. Note Entry
¢ Db. Note Entry
¢ Cash Deposit
¢ Cash Drawn
Master:
It gives Master report for the selling Item, Customer, Supplier, and Purchase Item.
¢ Item Master (Item which is for Sale)
¢ Customer Master (Bill issued for regular customer)
¢ Supplier Master (Bill issued for supplier)
¢ Purchase Item Master
Sales:
The Bill contains the details required item name, how many Nos. and based on the price value of the item, it calculate the VAT for the same.
It can also generate Reports based on the above details such as
¢ Daily & Monthly Sales Reports
¢ Daily & Monthly Purchase Reports
