RML management has demonstrated exemplary management quality that is reflected in its strong corporate governance practices, prudent capital allocation and a dividend payout ratio of ~ 35%. We also like the commercial quality of RML and hope that it will be strengthened in the medium and long term. Since stocks are not very liquid and are trading very little, we advise investors to keep accumulating stocks around the current market price (5-10% range) with a medium to long-term investment outlook. We believe that the stock has many qualities reminiscent of a constant mixer for its investors and stakeholders.
