This is my M.tech project paper.
This is an IEEE paper.
"Monitoring the Application-Layer DDoS Attacks for Popular Websites".

Iam not clear with the term Access Matrix, HsMM, ICA and PCM.
Can any one please help me. And is possible to implement this paper or not.
Please help me......................
