Glaucoma is the eye dieses and one of the leading causes of blindness around the world. It is due to increased intraocular pressure within the eyes. The detection and diagnosis of glaucoma is very important. Here we present an algorithm that works on two different databases for the same purpose to calculate the cup-to-disk optical relationship. For this we use DRIONS-DB high resolution background images. From these high-resolution RGB images, we move from preprocessing to ROI extraction steps, that is, our optical detection of disks and cups.
