Buses
A bus (archaically omnibus, multi bus, or bus) is a road vehicle designed to carry passengers. Buses can have a capacity as high as 300 passengers. The manufacture of buses is increasingly globalized, with the same design that appears all over the world. Buses can be used for regular bus transportation, regular bus transportation, school transportation, private hire, tourism; Promotional buses can be used for political campaigns and others are operated privately for a wide range of purposes.
Horse drawn buses were used from 1820, followed by steam busses in the 1830s and electric trolleybuses in 1882. The first bus powered by internal combustion engines was used in 1895 and this is still the most common source of energy . Recently there has been a growing interest in hybrid electric buses, fuel cell buses, electric buses as well as those powered by compressed natural gas or bio-diesel.
