Poor evaluations and inadequate evaluation directly affect employee satisfaction and impair company performance. Many managers rely primarily on behavioral impressions without properly including the actual information from actual work performed. There is a clear benefit of the procedures that generate and use factual and subjective criteria for evaluation. This project is aimed at developing an Evaluation Tracker that is important for an organization or a university. This screening tracking system is used to track the performance of an individual. The performance of an individual is qualified by himself and his superior in the organization. Tasks for the next 6 months are set by the superior. The performance rating is based on several attributes (such as punctuality, quality of work, communication skills, etc.)
