Abstract
Flooring work for civil structure, which is medium for both time efficient and high performance process, to create a facility for safe, healthy and comfortable concrete floors used by vacuum dividing concrete floor (VDF) technology. This process is a new way to efficiently remove excess water from compact and flat solid surfaces. Concrete vacuum treatment is specially refined for concreting of large exposed surfaces in hot weather conditions. Vacuum dewatering greatly improves friction and impact resistance of solid surface. As a result of vacuum dividers results in the heterogeneous total, another contributing factor in achieving wear-resistant concrete surface in the new mixture prepared for the above surface, is free from the surface of treated vacuum concrete, An important consideration for abrasion resistance and constant flux of liquid on the potential risk member. Technologies applied in concrete floors will improve concrete floors in physical behavior. This method was used in the form of concrete floor in the warehouse, concrete road, parking area, production area in industrial buildings. Nowadays, for this concrete floor, this vacuum dividing technique is highly used to achieve high quality by various contractors and builders and to accelerate the construction of concrete floors. This letter provides a review on a new method of concrete floors using the vacuum dividing concrete technique / remix method in the field of concrete flooring in the civil structure with its advantages and disadvantages of the VDF system.
