Don't Prepare

Dress Inappropriately
Poor Communication Skills
• Shake hands (IF OFFERED)
• Make eye contact
• Display confidence
• Let the interviewer know that you are an excellent candidate before you even answer an interview question.
Too Much Communication
Leave the cell phone behind or at least turn it off before you enter the building
Talk Too Much
The interviewer really doesn't need to know your whole life story
Don't Talk Enough
Don’t answer a question with a word or two

i agree with some of your ideas.
what u have done is a gr8 job,hope this will help all of those who r preparing for job interview
i have some suggestions
1.DRESS WELL
2.CONFIDENCE
3.PREPARE ABOUT THE COMPANY
4.SELF INTRODUCTION(in this section first of all u have to tell ur name then ur current qualification abt ur education, abt ur family and ur ambition i.e,wat r u trying to achieve in that company )
5.MORE OR LESS IT ALSO DEPENDS ON UR LUCK
