Situation Judgement
This psychometric test presents you with a series of challenging scenarios that one could find in the workplace and then a series of possible responses to the scenario. Then choose the best way to describe how you would react. You will be asked to sit down again at the evaluation center.
Numerical reasoning test
This includes a series of questions related to graphs, percentages, and tables in which you will be asked to analyze data and choose from a multiple choice set of answers. These will be timed so be sure to sit them in a quiet environment. They are designed to measure your numerical skills. Nestlé uses Savilles as its testing provider. You will be asked to sit down again at the evaluation center.
Group exercise
You may be required to participate in group work. This is designed to test your people skills and how you work within a group. You will be asked to provide possible solutions to a particular problem and to discuss with the group. You will be placed in groups and evaluated how you interact in groups. Be sure to find a happy balance between being dominant and passive.
E-Tray Exercise
You may be asked to sit one of these. The trays use a simulation in which they receive emails that are expected to read, prioritize and process to complete various tasks. These tasks are representative of those you can expect to perform in a work or business environment. Evaluate your written communication, decision-making skills, and ability to multitask.
Presentation / Case Study
You will be given a series of topics for a business presentation, usually in the form of a case study and expected to present at the evaluation center. You will not be given a huge amount of time to prepare however researching the company and how to do business is highly advised in advance and will help with this part of the evaluation.
