Hindi anchoring for school morning assembly

Different ways of starting an assembly at school to introduce your assembly topic.

1. The classic one. Good morning respected teachers and dear students. The topic of today's assembly is ..

2. A quote by a famous personality to introduce your topic. Eg: "Winston Churchill once said ..."

3. A question. Eg: how many of you sitting here are aware of what the word 'xyz' means?

4. If you're anchoring with somebody else, start by making it conversational. Talk to each other.

5. Start with an amazing fact or an assumption to get their attention. Eg: I'm sure 99% of you sitting here do not watch football, but today you have to because our topic is .... etc.

6. Ask the audience to do something. Eg: the people to my left say 'aye'

Try and be innovative. But do not worry too much about how to start ... as soon as you set the ball rolling, things will get smooth. Later, you need to keep the momentum going.
