Introduction

In the today’s IT generation communication plays a major role in almost every field. From companies to the general public, communication has become an integral part of our lives. Hence, till date more extensive research and technology is being experimented and implemented. In this modern era, industries are also automating their services and communication so as to keep up to date with growing pace. Industries are implementing the concept of networking, let it be at the local level (LAN) or on a much wide scale (WAN), for better retrieval of information and communication purposes .

ICT Resources is the only supplier of business equipment and office supplies in South East Asia. To compete with a nationally recognized competitor, the owners of ICT Resources have decided to reinvest substantial sum of money in the company.
ICT Resources locally owns a 3 storey building and currently has already grown to a level where they now have resources of 50 staff and this figure is still growing. They have developed and spread their business to 4 strategic locations throughout South East Asia with more upcoming offices in other locations planned for 2010. These new offices will incorporate the retail concept coupled with local sales offices.
