ABSTRACT

• Its an approach paper of generic system that would suit the needs of cooperate.The cooperate head office has its branches in different places.
• The computers at the branches are physically connected in the LAN to headoffice.
• The Administration department has to manage assests,identify best vendor and obtain necessary permissions,procure and deliver the items.

DELIVERABLES
 The employee in the Headoffice and Branches should be able to make requests at their machinery by logging into the necessary intranet site and then filling the form.
 The necessary requests should be sent to the necessaru hierarchy level for approval.
 The request with the necessary approvals should reach the administration department and concerned personal.
 The person should have accessibility to the system by which he can verify the assets that are already made.
 The personal should have accessibility to the system by which he can verify the best vendor from whom the purchase can be made.
 The verified form should then travel the hierarchy for approval.
 Once approved the consumables should be delivered.
