Abstract
In the existing Employee Transfer System all the work are done manually . The work flow as the employee submits the transfer letter to the manager. The manager verifies the records and make arrangements for transfer based on employee’s performance and valid reason.
In case ,if the manager is out of station he/she cant verify and update the transfer details of the employee and so the problems get occurred.
The Existing Application does not provide any dynamic information about the employee , transfer details and their activities with in the company.
The “Employee Transfer Application” has been developed in such a way to computerize the transfer detail.
A separate login with password was assigned to each employee by the administrator. The employee transfer requests and the report of transfer by the manager are made through online .
The manager can view the transfer request from the employee also he can update the transfer detail of employee who have been allocated for the companies project .
The authorization have been given by providing username and password . Only manager have the rights to modify the database.
ADVANTAGES OF PROPOSED SYSTEM
Easy to maintain the transfer details:
The employee who been requested for the transfer due to the valid reason will get transferred on his performance and availability.
Allocating the employee:
The employee can be easily allocated in different location for the companies project.
Easy to identify the employee:
The employee can be easily identified with the current location and reason.
Sorting the data:
The employee’s data can sorted based on the location and projects.
