SMS Based Multiuser wireless electronic bulletin board
Annotations is a model to display notices at colleges on the Board by sending e-mail messages in SMS form via mobile phone; It is a wireless transmission system, which has very less bugs and maintenance. the Board hardware AT89C52 MCU is in the center of the system Microcontroller communicates with the GSM modem via MAX232 level transmitter. It is used to convert the voltage level RS232 to TTL voltage levels and vice versa. hardware also has 64 k EEPROM chip AT24C64. This EEPROM is used to store the message on the display and timings. The equipment also includes a DS1307 real time clock to keep time. LCD display 16 x 2 characters attached to the microcontroller is on display. Micro controller coding will be done by using the built-in C and Kiel. PC encoding will be carried out by using Visual Basic. Multiple authorized users should update notice on the Bulletin Board, giving them a password. We can use a computer with an administrator to monitor system of the year.

In this article, this is a proposed model to develop a message that will be displayed where the SMS is sent from the authorized transmitter. receives SMS Toolkit, authenticates the user and displays the appropriate information required after the conversion code.
The main components of the Toolkit contains a microcontroller 89C52 What is MAX232 level transmitter via PC. MAX 232 level converter for converting RS232 voltage TTL voltage levels used and vice versa. We use your computer's serial port to connect LCD microcontroller. 16 × 2 character attached to the mode byte to port 1 of the microcontroller. This information will be used to display the display messages/announcements. Micro controller coding will be done by using the built-in C and Kiel. The PC will be done using VB coding. Nokia PC Connectivity SDK is a tool used by GSM modem in VB for interaction. modem transmits a message through a COM port saved.Microcontroller displays a message on the LCD board.The AT89C52 MCU is used in this case. MATRIX SIMADO GDT11 used as a GSM modem. The prototype model, the LCD display is used for modelling purposes. While it may be the circuit board replaced the display.

The whole system is mainly divided into two parts: the transmission and reception.
Transmission section consists only of a mobile phone. Any type of user (SIM) can be used, because users have to access the system password assigned. Authorized users send messages that they want to display on the notice boards in the reception section of the mobile phone number and the message will be displayed only if users have the password authentication.
On the other hand the reception section consists of a GSM modem for receiving messages. The SMS is then extracted with PC using VB using at commands. SMS is sent to the microcontroller then use the MAX232 IC and serial port of your computer. Microcontroller, finally, displays it on the LCD.
III. DESCRIPTION OF THE EQUIPMENT

Flash-on-chip program memory lets you reprogram the system in working or non-volatile memory, the programmer that provides flexible and cost effective solution for many embedded control applications.
B. GSM modem
GSM modem wireless modem that works with GSM wireless network wireless modem behaves like a modem that is the main difference between the two is dial-up modem sends and receives on a fixed telephone line through a wireless modem sends and receives radio waves through time.
