The Dynamic Time Generator project developed a tool that allows traffic agencies to dynamically generate schedules for client access to the Web directly from raw chronological data. In general, transportation agencies find problems in exchanging key data between applications. The updating of schedules and schedules is of particular concern as they change frequently due to the demand for services, diversions and special events. Traffic agencies spend a lot of time and resources on making minor changes to their websites or reforming schedules because of these changes. Technologies such as Web sites, kiosks and Internet-enabled cell phones support the rapid diffusion of hourly updates. However, tools are needed to efficiently organize, translate, and distribute data to populate these media.
Creating schedules is a very arduous and time-consuming task. To create a schedule it takes a lot of patience and man hours. The schedule is created for various purposes such as organizing conferences at school and colleges, creating schedules for train and bus schedules and many more. To create a schedule requires a lot of time and human power. In our work we have tried to reduce these difficulties of generating schedules by the Genetic Algorithm. By using the genetic algorithm we can reduce the time needed to generate the time table and generate a more accurate, accurate and human-free timetable. The first phase contains all the common compulsory classes of the institute, which are programmed by a central team. The second phase contains the individual departmental classes.
