I am pritam mukherjee a student of 2nd year 4th sem B.tech(Me)I want to do summer training in Durgapur steel plant, but I don't know how to apply for this. So l request you to give me necessary details on how to apply for this trainng.l shall be evergrateful to you for your kind suggestion.

Durgapur Steel Plant is one of Steel Authority of India Limited's steel plants, located in Durgapur, in the Indian state of Bengal, in eastern India. It was created with the help of the United Kingdom.

DSP is located about 158 km from Kolkata, its geographical location is defined as 23 ° 27 'North and 88 ° 29' East. It is situated on the banks of the Damodar River in the Bardhaman district in the growing industrial city of Durgapur. The Grand Trunk Road and the main Kolkata-Delhi railway line pass through Durgapur.

Durgapur Steel Plant has made ruthless efforts to maintain a clean and healthy environment. DSP units have the necessary pollution control facilities. DSP has undertaken massive afforestation to keep the environment clean. Some 1,266 hectares of land have been covered with 14 lakh plantations. In order to develop a healthy awareness of the environment among the younger generation, green clubs have been formed in DSP schools.
