Cloud computing as an emerging computing mode can be applied to the District's Medical Data Center. This is a new proposal raised in the document. It establishes the rudiment of the District Medical Data Center based on cloud computing. A comparison is made between rudiment samples and samples of general systems. XML is suitable for expressing unstructured data from multiple elements and exchanging complex data. The various rules for the DMDC are established. The advanced model of the Medical Data Center District based on cloud computing is described. The idea also shows that the Medical Data Center District is a service on the cloud computing platform. In the future, cloud computing could be a better approach for the next generation of the Medical Data Center District.
