I am student and we are three members group, who have been given a task of implementing one of the applications of neural networks in MATLAB.we have just started learning neural networks so its very difficult to do on our own..Kindly help by providing a matlab code for detecting brain tumor..I shall be obliged to you for this act of kindness.

A Matlab code is written to segment the tumor and classify it as benign or malignant using SVM.
The characteristics used are DWT + PCA + Statistics + Texture
Working
1. Unzip and place the Brain_Tumor_Code folder in the Matlab path and add both the dataset
2. Run BrainMRI_GUI.m and click and select the image in the GUI
3. Segment the image and observe the results of the classification
4. Evaluate the accuracy
