Swami Vivekananda Contributor Personality Program
Gujarat Technological University is introducing the subject “Swami Vivekananda Contributor
Personality Development Program” in Bachelor of Engineering, Diploma Engineering, Bachelor
of Pharmacy and Master of Computer Application. The subject will be taught by the faculty of
English. The list of institutes is given below for the participation in this workshop.

Background

As you might be aware, in the last few years, the Gujarat Technological University has taken up
a number of initiatives to significantly improve the quality and effectiveness of the students that
it offers to industry and society. While many of the initiatives have been designed to build skills
and competencies of the students, the core issue of the right mindset and the right values has
remained elusive.

As such GTU has decided to introduce the Swami Vivekananda Contributor Personality
Program in the curriculum for the last semester batch of all the programs under auspices of
GTU. The purpose of the program is to infuse the “contributor” ideal in students.
