锘縄'm not too sure how cooling the rest of the mobo comes into play. I originally purchased my current SI128 for that purpose, but after playing briefly with an Ultra120 (nonultra), couldn't see any real difference in temps other than the cpu temp. For what it's worth, I'm back to my SI128..
