The sustainability of the available water resources in many reasons of the word is now a dominant theme. This problem is silently related to poor water allocation, inefficient use and lack of adequate and integrated water management. Water is commonly used for agriculture, industry and domestic consumption. Therefore, efficient use and monitoring of water are a potential limitation to the water management system in the home or office. In the last decades several integrated monitoring systems have been accepted with the detection of the water level. Measuring the water level is an essential task for the government and the prospect of residence. In this way, it would be possible to trace the actual implementation of such initiatives with the integration of various control activities. Therefore, the implementation of the water control system has a potential significance in domestic applications. The automated level detection method is described and can be used to activate / deactivate a device.
On the other hand, the common level control method for the household appliance is to simply start the feed pump at a low level and allow it to run until a higher level of water is reached in the water tank. This is not properly supported for a suitable control system. In addition to this, liquid level control systems are widely used for monitoring levels of liquids, reservoirs, silos and dams, etc. Typically, this type of systems provides multi level visual as well as continuous level indication. Audio alarms at desired levels and automatic control of pumps based on user requirements can be included in this management system. Adequate monitoring is needed to ensure that water sustainability is truly achieved, with disbursement linked to detection and automation. This programmatic approach involves the detection and automatic control of the water level by microcontrollers. This document is organized as follows. Chapter two focused on the basics of system design. In chapter three we describe the concrete idea of PIC16F84A. The design and implementation part is described in chapter four. Chapter five describes our proposed monitoring and control network. Chapter six deals with conclusion and future works.
