Today's wipers are manual systems that work on the principle of manual gearbox. So here we propose an automatic wiper system that automatically activates in the detection of rain and stops when the rain stops. Our project advances this system to automate the system of windshield wiper without manual intervention. For this purpose we use the rain sensor together with the microcontroller and the IC controller to operate the wiper motor. Our system uses rain sensor to detect the rain, this signal is processed by the microcontroller to take the desired action. The rain sensor works on the principle of using water to complete its circuit, so when rain falls on it the circuit is completed and sends a signal to the microcontroller. The microcontroller now processes these data and drives the motor IC to perform the required action. The motor driver IC now powers a servomotor to simulate as a car cleaner.
All four wheels are equipped with wiper blades. These windscreen wipers are used to clean water on the windshield during rainy seasons for clear vision. The previously invented windshield wipers are used to swing at a slow speed. Sometimes this leads to distraction to the driver's visibility. This led to the invention of different speed wiper motors. However, the performance of the wiper is controlled by the driver. To provide tension-free driving, the automatic windshield wipers were implemented. During night driving, the pilot of the vehicle experiences a lot of glare.
