Three-Phase Automatic Changer
Abstract
The project is designed for users to change phase, when one or two phase is not available.
The main part of the circuit is the microcontroller PIC16F73. The three phases are directly connected with the three step down transformers and the exit of the three transformers are regulated to 5V. Three to five volts should be specified as input a/D CONVERTER of the microcontroller. The microcontroller output connected to the switch through the driver. three phase motor connected to the relay. display shows the phases that are currently enabled.
Program the microcontroller is written in such a way that, when the three entries are present, the MCU sends a signal to the driver and there is a relay. If any one or two of the entries are missing, the microcontroller will not send signal through output port and thus it automatically disables the available phase through a relay.
