Introduction:
It is web base online project that facilitates students to access their university related information and view results, fee submission on their account. Get online help from their coordinators and download EBooks and notes related to current semester. Students can search book in online library and issue those books that are not currently issued.
Management can easily view, update students records like their result, fee, books and notes. Management can inform students online about their decisions and warnings regarding to any issue. Management can manage their admission, fee, examination system easily. Different Patterns available for decision making.


Background and Motivation
What is the setting and history behind this project?

Websites were originally designed for the department and university also, but there is a need of the website for the students where they see their whole record and get help for current semester as well as future aspect. For this purpose many community systems and other websites are created but no one fulfill the requirement of the students.



What is the problem to be addressed?

There are many difficulties when students go to teachers for their result and also for help and discussion. Because there are many students in the department and teachers have no enough time for each and every student. So for students and teachers relaxation we made this intermediate way for both.


The Main Objectives Include:
1. Providing a student record to students and attention to the future.
The objective is that the students will double their hard work and increase their CGPA by one to two grade levels by the end of the Semester.
2. Our purpose of the project is to maintain the student record on one place and inform student on one place about their related all issues. Discussion about their issues and semester related help provide on one place.



1- When Head of department Login.
• Creates and delete examination head id and password (password can be changeable).
• View and order for different pattern (received from examination head) about different students, classes, and sessions and as a whole for Decision making.(through applying data warehousing and data mining tools and Algorithms).
• View and update each and every student record through examination head account.

2- When Examination head Login.
• Creates and delete coordinators/In charges id’s and password (password can be changeable).
• Creates and delete Admission committee members id’s and password (password can be changeable).
• Have classes and sessions ids and passwords.
• Check, update delete etc for each student, class, session.
• Send messages to all sessions/classes.
• Apply different patterns and data mining algorithms to different classes and sessions.
• Send patterns results to head of department.
• Update result record of each student.

3- When Admission committee members Login.
• Creates only once the student, classes, session’s ids and passwords (password can be changeable).
• Update the admission management system.
