ABSTRACT OF PROJECT
TITLE:-
PUSH OF ERATED SPRAY PUMP
PROBLEM:-
We have find the problem in spray pump. Which is use in farm for spary medicine. It has problem to carry it and push the handal for spray medicine through pump.
SOLUTION:-
We have solutin of this problem. We can sparey mdicine through a pump without carry it and without push handal.


SPAR PARTS:-
(1) Nozzle
(2) Pipe
(3)Spray pump
(4)Chain
(5)Chain wheel
(6)Tyres
(7)Frame for pump
STRUCTURE:-
Fist mad the frame on the three wheels. After that stable the pump on the frame. Fist wheel is a ago side in the middel of frame and the other two wheels are behind side of frame on left and right side. And the handle for the move ago the frame with pump is behind side of the pump on the frem. When we push the frame by the handle the behind side’s two wheels and shaft are rotating. Join the chain wheel on the shaft or transfer the rotary motion on the reciprocating motion. We have generate the mechanical force in the pump the water is come out from pipe. The clutch is put on middle of the pipe and the nozzle is put the end of pipe.
WORKING:-
This pump is work’s on the mechanical forces rules. The sparey pump is stable on the frame which is on the wheels. When we have force the frame,the wheels are rotating and frame is move ago. Use the rotary motion and transfer to it in the reciprocating motion. By this motion generate the force in the pump. By this force liquid medicine which is in the pump with the water it is spray forcely by the pipe and through out by nozzle when we push the clutch which is mide of the pipe.
