"Hydraulic Arm Using Syringe and Motor", works on the principle of Pascal's Law. It uses fluid (hydraulic) energy in a confined space to do useful work, reduce human effort, and pick up and drop any object. As hydraulic pumps and pistons are too expensive, complex at work and rarely available, we have put our idea into the real life scenario using medical syringe like hydraulic piston and dc gear motor as pump. As these are exact analogs to the actual hydraulic cylinder and a piston so that we can use it as an engineering prototype in this model.
Hydraulics is used in many applications that we see or use every day. The brakes in a car or the elevator in the bucket of a tractor are two very common applications. We can experiment with simple hydraulic systems using plastic syringes for cylinders and small plastic tubes for hydraulic hose. One definition I read for hydraulics was "the movement of pressurized liquids through confined spaces."
