According to PHILIP KOTLER, the definition of customer satisfaction is 'the level of a person's felt state resulting from comparing a product's perceived performance (or outcome) in relation to the person's expectations.

This project aims in studying the customers (opinion) satisfaction about Eureka Forbes in Kurnool town. For the attraction of more customers, it should maintain stable pricing policy rather than changing from time to time. Quality of product play an important role in customer mind. Eureka Forbes limited is meeting with tremendous success with the present marketing practices even through they are certain non-traditional practices being followed
