FPGA IMPLEMENATAION OF DATA ENCRYPTION STANDARD
OBJECTIVE
The main aim of this project is to design FPGA based cryptography which encrypts / decrypts the data from the PC to PC . In this project the encryption / decryption algorithm is designed and programmed in to the FPGA and data transfer between the PCs is controlled by the FPGA.
DESCRIPTION
The plain text from PC 1 is converted to binary format and transferred to the FPGA kit through the serial port . The internal buffer collects the data from PC 1 ....etc

DEAL


In cryptography, DEAL (Data Encryption Algorithm with Larger blocks) is a block cipher derived from the Data Encryption Standard (DES). The design was proposed in a report by Lars Knudsen in 1998, and was submitted to the AES contest by Richard Outerbridge (who notes that Knudsen had presented the design at the SAC conference in 1997). DEAL is a Feistel network which uses DES as the round function. It has a 128-bit block size and a variable key size of either 128, 192, or 256 bits. in this project need to designe a circuit which contains a micro controller which Sends the serial data through its serial port every time after resetting. Then it sends the data by RF using DTMF tones.
Now after transmitting the data micro controller wait for some time and then again transmit it.

Information transmission by IR:-
These informationâ„¢s are pre feeded into the microconrollers ROM and by using infrared LED in the following way :-
As we know that sensors only detects 38 KHz IR signal so we modulate the 38KHz signal ....etc
