By the nature of their use broadcast equipment must have high reliability and operability while capable of producing high quality image signals. Digital signal processing based equipment must meet this standard. TV cameras contain a
-image capturing unit
-signal processing unit
10 plus bit digital accuracy must be possessed by digital equipment in order to achieve adequate gamma correction. limitation of A/D converters prevent this accuracy. So DSP technology has not been applied to ....etc
