Organic thin-film transistors OTFTs have received considerable attention recently because they can be fabricated at reduced temperature and potentially reduced cost compared to hydrogenated amorphous silicon thin-film transistors. This paper deals with the study of OLED, its structural
details. OLEDs are light weight durable power efficient, and ideal for
portable applications. OLEDs have fewer process steps and also use both
