Hello,
I am Timea from Romania, and i need to segment the liver, and the liver tumor from a CT image in order to determine the type of tumor.
I need help on matlab code for liver segmentation (i was thinking of region growing) and some kind of threasholding or level based method for extracting the tumor. I only need to know the mean gray value of the tumor vs liver (is it lighter, darker or isoatenuant).
Could you help me with this?
