i am going to do a project on pick and place system using PLC and Pneumatics.In this system we are using pneumatics for the arm movement and there are 2 conveyors either side of the main arm.Out of the 2 conveyor, in one conveyor we are using 2 IR sensors out of which one is for sensing the metal and the conveyor start and another for conveyor stop.In another conveyor 1 sensor is used for conveyor start.
