The aim of this project is to develop a Virtual Routing Network Emulation Framework for testing Routing protocols and algorithms. The core of this framework will be virtual routers running in user space and the component realising their virtual interconnection. This framework will be based around a network topology emulation notion.

Theory:
• The ORF Finder (Open Reading Frame Finder) is a graphical analysis tool which finds all open reading frames of a selectable minimum size in a user's sequence or in a sequence already in the database.
• This tool identifies all open reading frames using the standard or alternative genetic codes. The deduced amino acid sequence can be saved in various formats and searched against the sequence database using the WWW BLAST server.

Web Framework

The project aims at facilitating the website programmer a framework where he can create web pages both static and dynamic.
Our framework takes input from an xml in which the user requirements is specified in user tags. We will pass this xml file and based on the info we will create the pages needed.
The user has the choice of mentioning different O/P languages. It can be php, jsp or Asp.

Computer Aided Teaching System

The Computer aided teaching system is a frame work to create Interactive Multimedia Tutorial CD's. Using this software the user can create tutorials with Images, Movies, Audio clips, Descriptions etc. The inbuilt speech SDK will read the descriptions in the tutorial for the end user.
