The nanotechnology needs some nanorobotic manipulationsystem for nano-instrumentation, fabrication and assembly, since it requires 3D manipulation in the nano scale world. The nano robotic manipulation requires some dexterous manipulation under the SEM and TEM environ-ment. This lecture will overview those systems for handing the Carbon Nanotubes (CNT) and show how to create nano-sensor, nano-actuator from the CNTs and NanoServosystem. ....etc

Materials Science research is now entered a new phase where the structure and properties of materials are investigated, characterized and controlled at the nanoscale. Though as sophisticated as their larger counterparts, these devices are still burdened because they rely on an outside power.
