An on-line monitoring system of temperature of conductors and fittings based on GSM SMS and Zigbee is produced in this paper, by which the temperature of conductors and fittings can be monitored in real-time and some accidents caused by the increased temperature can be avoided. ABSTRACT:

Using ab initio density functional theory (DFT) calculations, we demonstrate two molecular OR gates that are able to process binary signals encoded as molecular potentials. Thus, the possibility to implement logic gates of _1 nm is demonstrated. The advantage of this approach to post-microelectronics technologies is the tremendous low-power dissipation, the small feature size of molecular devices, and the compatible nature of input and output signals that would allow the implementation of complex logic.

Abstract
In this paper, we review the logical effort model presented in . Based on the HSPICE simulation results using 0.18/Jm, CMOS technology as applied to logic blocks used in arithmetic circuits; we analyze the efficiency of the model and also present modifications that include modeling of wire delay. We propose a new model for logical effort that will better fit the behavior of these blocks.
