INTRODUCTION
The extremely wide spectrum of 3.1 to 10.6 GHz with 15 bands of bandwidth greater than 500 MHz and power limit less than -41.3 dBm/MHz announced by FCC for Ultra wide band. The release of this Spectrum has rapidly increased the research in UWB technology for communications, radar imaging, and localization applications . Radio systems based on UWB technology offer opportunities for tra ....etc

ABSTRACT

Low-k dielectrics are the very latest path breaking development in the field of Integrated Electronics. It is well on its way replacing the Al / SiO2 interconnects with the help of copper in CMOS fabrication of IC Chips. The CMOS technology has an in-built coupling capacitance which increases the time delay, thereby reducing associated processing speeds. This was compensated by reducing the thickness of the Al / SiO2 interconnects. There is a limit to the reduction in t ....etc

Introduction of Dielectrics

Dielectric is an entity ,in which equal positive and negative charges separated by equal small distance.
In which each molecule has permanent dipole moment P
This type of materials are known as polar materials
Different molecules has different different directions of the dipole moment.
In Non polar materials ,The centre of the positive charge distribu ....etc

The High frequency attenuation in shielded distribution cable has been extensively studied. But in the case of solid dielectric cable, this has not been done. A solid dielectric cable has a bit more complex structure including the semiconducting “bedding” layers and a moisture barrier.high frequency loss is created by these sources. The purpose of these bedding layers is to seal the cable against moisture ingress and also accomodate for the thermal expansion of the cable. The cables studied here are the ones with a corrugated copper sheat ....etc
