Motivation
• Increasing use of the Internet for applications with stringent performance requirements
– Telephony, videoconferencing, online games
– ISPs must adhere to tough SLAs
• The recovery mechanisms in the Internet are not designed for these requirements
– Many (most) failures are short lived

Abstract
Helicopter performance depends on the design of the rotor blades such as length of the blade, selection of airfoils and blade material. For heavy lifting, a large rotor works best, but short blades reduce drag and ultimately allow for higher maximum speeds. There is an approach to implement both configurations in one design where the design en-counter huge centrifugal forces, requiring large actuators to pull the rotors in. so for high lifting performance helicopter requires large rotor blad ....etc
